Refund & Returns Policy

1. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

If you are a consumer in the EU, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the day you (or a person you designated, other than the carrier) received the goods, without giving any reason. For orders with multiple items delivered separately, the period runs from receipt of the last item.

2. How to withdraw

Inform us of your decision by an unambiguous statement before the 14-day period expires - by email to contact@shesthenics.com or by post to [RETURN ADDRESS]. You may use the model form below, but it is not obligatory:

3. Returning the goods

Send the goods back to [RETURN ADDRESS] without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notified us of the withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Please return items in their original packaging where possible. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

4. Refund

We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (but not supplementary costs if you chose a delivery method other than our cheapest standard option), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we were informed of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of having sent them back, whichever is earlier. The refund is made using the same payment method you used, at no charge to you.

5. Defective or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us at contact@shesthenics.com with your order number and photos. In that case we cover the return shipping, and you can choose repair, replacement or refund in accordance with your statutory warranty rights (minimum 2 years in the EU). This policy does not limit your statutory rights.
